2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information You Provide
We collect information you give us directly, including:
- Contact inquiries: Name, email address, and the content of your message when you contact us via email.
- Support requests: Information you include when emailing support@ayitcreativity.com.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
When you visit our websites, our hosting infrastructure (Cloudflare) may automatically collect:
- IP address (typically anonymized by Cloudflare)
- Browser type and version
- Operating system
- Pages visited and time spent
- Referring URL
- Date and time of access
This information is collected in server logs and is used for security monitoring and aggregate traffic analysis. We do not use this data for individual user profiling.
2.3 What We Do NOT Collect
- Input data entered into our web calculators or developer tools — all processing occurs in your browser. No tool input is transmitted to our servers.
- Payment or financial information (we do not currently sell products directly through our sites).
- Social Security numbers, government IDs, or sensitive personal identifiers.
2.4 SMS Notifications (Internal Use Program)
AYIT Creativity LLC operates a private toll-free SMS notification service at (844) 646-1238 used solely for internal operational alerts to a small allow-list of explicitly enrolled recipients (currently the LLC owner and his spouse). The program is not offered to the public; there is no public signup. Full program details, the verbatim verbal consent script, sample messages, and opt-out instructions are published at /sms.
For enrolled recipients we collect and retain:
- Mobile phone number — required to deliver messages.
- Recipient name — for the consent log.
- Verbal consent record — timestamp, the script that was read, and the affirmative response. Retained for the duration of enrollment plus four years after opt-out.
- Outbound message body and delivery status — for queue retry, delivery confirmation, and audit.
- Inbound STOP / HELP replies — to enforce compliance and trigger automated opt-out.
Twilio Inc. is the carrier of record. Phone numbers and message content are processed by Twilio per its Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, lease, share, or transfer phone numbers, message content, or consent records to any third party for marketing or any other purpose. Mobile information and opt-in consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for promotional or marketing purposes.
To opt out at any time, reply STOP to (844) 646-1238 — STOP is automatically processed and the number is immediately removed from the allow-list. Reply HELP for support. Recipients may also request opt-out or access to their consent record by emailing privacy@ayitcreativity.com.
3. Cookies and Tracking
We use a minimal cookie set. See our full Cookie Policy for details. In summary:
- Essential cookies: A cookie consent preference cookie so we don't show you the consent banner on every visit.
- Analytics (optional): If we enable Google Analytics 4, we use anonymized, aggregate data only. No cross-site tracking.
- No advertising cookies are set by us directly. If third-party ad networks are present on our sites (e.g., Ezoic, Mediavine), those networks may set their own cookies subject to their own privacy policies.
