One shop. Thirty years of craft.

AYIT Creativity LLC is a California limited liability company formed in March 2026, based in Palm Desert. The company is owned and operated by Shannon Patterson — a RIS/PACS Manager by trade at a regional health system, who builds the AYIT Creativity portfolio on personal time.

He has been writing production scripts and IT automation for thirty years — first as a System Administrator, then through healthcare imaging and AI-in-Radiology work. His full career history lives on LinkedIn →

He built and launched both thiscalc.com and thisdevtool.com as independent, ad-supported web properties before forming the LLC. The entity was created to publish apps on the Apple App Store under a registered company name and to operate the growing portfolio of web and mobile tools.

AYIT Creativity runs on a set of internal platforms — built entirely in-house, not for sale. His private agentic platform, HERA, coordinates code generation, content drafting, and publishing workflows across the portfolio; a separate infrastructure stack handles deployment, monitoring, and release automation across every product. The result is disciplined shipping velocity without contractors, agencies, or outsourced teams.
